We use 6X brewed by Wadworth of Devizes to make this classic mustard. It is excellent with Wiltshire ham, pork pie or Cheddar cheese. Tracklement's Beer Mustard is a sharp, wholegrain mustard brewed with 6X beer, a specialty beer produced by Wadworth Brewery in south of England. Slightly sweeter than most, this English beer mustard contains no artificial coloring or preservatives and is excellent with ham, pork or with cheese.
