Whole grain mustard, also known by many as "rôtisseur" mustard, is a coarsely ground, spicy mustard. As most seeds are intact, the mustard does not lose its aroma when heated. This makes it a favourite variety of mustard for cooking and thus also a classic ingredient for barbecue marinades
