White sausage and sweet mustard - hardly a Bavarian speciality brought it to much. For this special treat lion mustard has developed a coarse ground mustard yellow and Brown mustard seeds and sugar.
But these sweet mustard speciality is popular also with northern lights, because it fits with its intense aroma not only to Bavarian specialities, but very well with the cheese plate, spicy sweet sour dishes and even pure on bread or pretzels/pretzel.
